Recipe: Protein Matcha Mug Cake

Matcha is the latest "superfood"... and we've bought a TON!
As luck would have it, I just whipped up a quick-and-easy Protein Matcha Mug Cake that is AMAZING... ENJOY!
Ingredients:
2 tbs coconut flour 1/2 scoop vanilla protein (I used whey) 1 tsp matcha powder 1 tbs baking stevia (measures like real sugar) 1/4 tsp baking powder Pinch salt 3 tbs vanilla almond milk 1 tbs nonfat greek yogurt
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mug and mix well. Stick it in the microwave for 1min. Viola! Mug cake.
((Made this way, the cake came out pretty sweet. If I were to do it again - and I will! - I would use unsweetened almond milk and less stevia.))
Macros: 185 cals = 4f / 23c / 15p
