Recipe: Protein Banana Bread Muffins - no added sugar, low fat, high protein!

I started with Alex's mom's banana bread recipe and started tweaking it until it tasted delish! Enjoy!
What you'll need:
1.5 cup oat flour
1.5 scoop vanilla egg white protein powder
1tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp baking soda
0.5 tsp cinnamon
0.5 tsp salt
2 whole eggs
2 small over-ripe bananas
1 cup apple sauce
0.25 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
Directions
Mix all ingredients.
Place into 12 cupcake tins.
Bake at 350degrees for 15-17 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
