I’m always looking for delicious and nutritious eats to copy! We recently came across Chia Pod Oats - a fabulous mix of chia seeds, bananas, and oats. However, at $3.99 a pop, buying these pods to snack on on the regular can burn a hole in your pocket.

Lucky for you, I have a great copy-cat recipe here!

What you will need:

2.5 cups water

0.3 cups chia seeds

0.5 cup oats

2.5 tablespoons of baking Stevia

1 banana, mashed

Directions:

  • Mix 2.5 cups water with the 0.3 cup chia seeds.

  • Stir. Let it sit for 5 minutes, and stir again.

  • After another 5 minutes, stir again.

  • After 10 minutes, the chia seeds and water should have turned into a gel.

  • Add 2.5 tablespoons of baking Stevia, the oats, and the mashed banana

  • Stir until thoroughly mixed.

  • Refrigerate and enjoy!

Makes 4 servings.
