I have worked with BodyRx for 9 months, at the beginning of my journey to better health. They were able to provide me with information on how to properly balance my diet by not only explaining to me what they are, but providing examples of how to meet each macro-nutrient. They continues to coach me on daily exercise routines to maximize my workout... while not requiring hours at the gym. I highly recommend them.

I have tried to learn to swim properly multiple times, including even a swim intensive with Terry Laughlin. None of my instructors over the years has been nearly as good as Lianne. She is very good at honing in on just the right amount of feedback for me to focus on -- versus some coaches who just want to tire you out, or some that mention 20 things, 18 of which don't really matter much. My freestyle is now tolerable looking (versus my previous impersonation of a drowning horse), and I can even make forward progress using the butterfly, thanks to Lianne.

Evelyn, 34
Lianne is the best trainer I've ever worked with. I ask a LOT of questions, and there are many times where I balk at doing something. Lianne is incredibly patient, guiding me through new workout programs and putting together meal plans. She understands life sometimes gets in the way and that we all sometimes fall off the wagon. She is also honest in giving her opinion as to what needs more work. Four months in, people started noticing a difference in my appearance, while I noticed a huge difference in my strength overall. Six months in, I was confidently prancing about in a bikini in Hawaii. I'll be sticking with Lianne for a while. :)

Ben, 35
Lianne is very understanding, laid back yet motivated. She knows the ways to get the best out of everyone whether they are amateurs or tenured athletes. She is a fantastic swimmer and consistently offers me advice for my pool workouts. She is great at passing her knowledge along to others and loves to help. I recommend Lianne without any reservations ... and if I were to be relearning to swim, there is no one else I would rather be in a pool with
